Participatory budgeting has helped to improve the wellbeing and social interaction of children and the young
NewsDuring the Influential Day, arranged in April 2023, children and the young were invited to generate ideas on how to spend the participatory budgeting allocation. During the course of the year, we have implemented the ideas proposed by the children and the young.

Resident survey provided more information on the problems of the Pitkäjärvi catchment area
NewsA resident survey conducted in May collected residents' experiences of flooding and eutrophication problems in the Pitkäjärvi catchment area. The information will be utilised in a project to find solutions for the area’s problems by means of natural water management.
