Vantaa is now looking for companies interested in locating to the Competence Campus that will be built in Tikkurila. Are you interested in taking your company to a prime location only a few minutes away from the airport?
The Tikkurila Campus is a unique hub of continuous learning, entrepreneurship and innovation, that will be built in Jokiniemi, Vantaa.
The campus area will be developed into a new kind of vibrant and attractive urban environment in a prime logistical location: less than ten minutes by train from Helsinki-Vantaa airport and 15 minutes from Helsinki city centre.
Campus spaces will be designed to be adaptable and partly shared, enabling cross-organisational encounters, responding to the changing work culture created by remote and hybrid working and studying, making the design and use of spaces and work more efficient and providing users with more versatile spaces than usual.
The campus is now looking for potential business tenants who are interested in cooperating with the City of Vantaa's Economic Development Services and vocational training companies and want to locate close to the future start-up hub.
The future real estate investor will act as a lessor of the premises. The City of Vantaa is the main tenant of the site, occupying about half of the building (about 10 000 square metres). The remaining space of around 10 000 m2 will be rented to private companies.
