Reservation application period for leisure premises in February – apply for time slots for the operating period starting in fall

Applications for reservations of the City of Vantaa's leisure premises can be submitted between February 1 and February 28. You can apply for premises for sports, hobbies, camps, parties, meetings, training courses and different kinds of events. 

You can check the operating periods of the available premises below:

• Citizens' houses Aug. 1, 2026–July 31, 2027
• Youth centers Sept. 1, 2026–May 31, 2027
• Children’s cultural centers Aug. 1, 2026–May 31, 2027
• Mosaiikki Urban Culture Center’s multi-facility premises and Mosaiikkisali Aug. 1, 2026–July 31, 2027
• Schools’, educational institutions’ and daycare centers’ non-sports premises June 1, 2026–May 30, 2027

You can apply to reserve indoor sports facilities for events

Regular reservations are granted for the Sports Services’ indoor sports facilities only in odd-numbered years. The reservations are granted for two operating periods at a time. Applications for regular reservations will open again in February 2027.

However, in February, you can apply for short-term reservations of indoor sports facilities for organizing events.

In addition, applications for regular reservations of Kytöpuisto school's large gymnasium, the renovation of which was completed in late 2025, will be available.

You can apply for short-term reservations for events and regular reservations of Kytöpuisto school’s gymnasium for the period Aug. 10, 2026–June 6, 2027.

Apply for time slots through the Timmi reservation system during February

Private persons, associations and community representatives can reserve leisure premises. The applications are submitted through the Timmi reservation system.

Please apply for time slots in good time, as late applications will not be processed.
