Mielellään museoon project
Vantaa City Museum's Mielellään museoon (“Gladly to the Museum”) project aims to support young adults’ mental health.
FUTU4U
The FUTU4U project promotes societal inclusiveness and a sense of belonging to one's community and the European Union for young people (aged 18-30), especially those with a migratory background. FUTU4U empowers young Europeans to build preferred futures for themselves as part of their thriving communities and the European Union. During “Language of Democracy” Cafes, the young Europeans are introduced to democratic processes, concepts and language needed to take part in civil society. During the following “Futuring Good Life” Workshops the young cofuture preferable futures in participatory Futures Workshops for themselves, their communities and for the European Union. In the end, during the “Policies for Good Life”, the voices of the young are collated and channeled to European Union policymakers. The project will organize activities in Finland, Ireland, Slovenia, Italy and Belgium. Based on project results, the Consortium will create an open-access guidebook of the developed and validated participatory methods.
Get Active with Exercise Counseling – Vantaa on the Move
Get Active with Exercise Counseling – Vantaa on the Move is a project that helps to develop exercise counseling models for families, disabled adults and senior citizens over the age of 70
Housing for everyone project
Asunto kaikille (“Housing for everyone”) is a joint project between the City of Vantaa and Vantaa and Kerava wellbeing services county. The project constitutes a part of the national program to erase long-term homelessness by the year 2027.
