June–August 2026

• Work in progress along the entire length of Kyytitie.
• A roundabout is in use at the intersection of Vanha Porvoontie and Kyytitie.
• At Lahdentie, Kyytitie will become single-lane and traffic will be controlled by traffic lights. Estimated duration: until the end of 2026.
• The first tram tracks will be installed on Kyytitie in July. The tracks will be installed near Heidehof Park, slightly west of Tukkukaupankuja.
• Vehicle traffic along Kyytitie between Jokiniemenkatu–Heidehofintie–Kanervantie will be closed until August 2027. Access to the Neste unmanned service station will remain available from Kanervantie (from the east).

Noisy works June–August

Work causing significant noise will be carried out on weekdays between 7:00 and 18:00.  Noise-generating phases will begin in May 2026 on almost all sections of Kyytitie. Read the published announcement here.

• At the beginning of March, work will start near Heidehof Park on the Santaradantie side during week 10 and will continue at least until the end of 2026. During this period, particularly noisy work is estimated to take place on approximately 40 working days in total.
• Blasting work near Laukkarinne on Kyytitie in June–July.
• Noisy work related to the construction of the bridge crossing Lahdentie in early August.
