Käärijä, who wowed the world with Cha Cha Cha, performs in Vantaa at Louhela Jam!
The City of Vantaa will host a Käärijä gig at Louhela Jam on Sunday, June 4th, 2023. In addition to Käärijä, twenty other great jam bands will perform at the event. The event is free of charge.
Summer season of Håkansböle to open on 20 May
The event Springtime at the Manor (Kartanon kevät), which has already become a cherished tradition, will be held in Håkansböle on Saturday, 20 May at 11.-16.30.
Vantaa’s 50th anniversary is celebrated in 2024 with the theme Kotona Vantaalla (“At Home in Vantaa”)
Vantaa has its 50th anniversary as a city in 2024. The jubilee year celebrations will take multiple forms, starting from New Year’s reception at the turn of 2023-2024.
Art Museum Artsi’s exhibition FLIP! Skate & Art opens on 14 April 2023
Vantaa Art Museum Artsi’s exhibition explores how skateboarding as a subculture and the street as a cultural environment have influenced contemporary artists. The exhibition is open Fri 14 April till Sun 27 August 2023 at Artsi’s exhibition space in Myyrmäkitalo.
