Welcome to Vantaa Innovation Festival week! Making the Green City Together webinar presents Vantaa environment-based innovations, green transition and the related partnering, as well as Vantaa’s goal of being climate-neutral in 2030. There will be three webinars on the subject during the Innovation
Innovation Festival
Vantaa celebrates its The New European Rising Innovative City award during the Innovation Festival week, October 20-30, 2022. During the week, we will arrange innovation-themed webinars, events, as well as publish the best proposals of the Urban Innovations of All Sizes competition.
Vote on a name for Kivistö's new urban culture center
Now is the time to choose the name for Kivistö's future urban culture center. In the spring, we collected proposals for the name, and received great many good proposals, more than 500. The city’s workgroup selected the seven best proposals, on which Kivistö residents and fans of Kivistö get to vote.
Cultural environment
Vantaa City Museum hires two researchers of built heritage and one archaeologist. You can ask them questions about protection and management of the cultural environment.
Open meeting places
Vantaa has several facilities where you can spend time, meet other people and engage in communal activities. Open meeting places are available for all ages.
