Sports services’ volunteer activities
Volunteers working for the sports services make it possible for people of different ages and backgrounds to engage in physical activities together in Vantaa. You can serve as a volunteer in a hiking, gym or team sports group, for example.
Swimming hall rules and regulations as of October 1, 2025
Customers are expected to follow the general swimming hall rules and regulations. In addition to the general rules, every swimming hall enforces its own guidelines.

Vantaa Adult Education Centre organises civic education, basic adult education, and foreign language and integration training for immigrants.

The intriguing history of Kuusijärvi is full of kings, tragic maidens and a horse rider who lost his sword. The name of Kuusijärvi (“Spruce lake”) comes from a small lake surrounded by spruce trees.
