Vantaa's Employment and International Customer Services support multilingual and multicultural residents in employment and integration. During the anti-racism week, March 17–23, 2025, various discussion sessions and training will be offered to staff members.
Dismissal or lay-off of staff
We offer advice to employers in situations involving staff reductions. We provide employers and staff who are being dismissed or laid off with information on transition security, unemployment security, job search, procedures with the municipality and other issues related to the situation.
