Open meeting places for families with children
A meeting place is a, easy and relaxed 'living room' for all families with children. At the meeting place, you can speak with the workers of the City of Vantaa's wide range of services for families with children, representatives of various organisations and volunteers.
Child home care allowance and Vantaa bonus
Child home care allowance can be applied for by a family who has a child under three years of age who is cared for at home.
Private day care allowance
A family can receive private day care allowance from Kela to pay for private day care. This allowance can the paid right after the parental allowance term has ended.

Disabled and special needs students will receive the interpretive and assistance services they need for their schooling free of charge.
Flexible basic education
Flexible basic education allows for studying alternatingly at school and in a workplace. The studies also include excursions, visits to educational institutes, and school camps. A youth counsellor also works in the class with the teacher. The groups have ten students.
