Anyone can use the whistleblowing channel to report suspected misconduct concerning the City of Vantaa, Vantaan Tilapalvelut Vantti Oy, VTK Kiinteistöt Oy, Mercuria kauppaoppilaitos Oy or other smaller companies owned by the city. Vantaan Energia Oy and VAV Group have their own whistleblowing

The City of Vantaa is committed to promoting child-friendliness. Vantaa has decided that all city employees and trustees take a training course on children's rights.
Multicultural Affairs Advisory Board
The goal of the Multicultural Affairs Advisory Board is to promote inclusion and equality of residents of Vantaa with immigrant background.
Senior Citizens Council
The Senoir Citizens Council promotes the participation of the aging population in Vantaa.

The youth council guards young people's interests and highlights important issues for young people in Vantaa.
