Rock blasting works on Länsimäentie between Ring III and Fazerintie, week 33
Rock blasting works will continue on Länsimäentie, on the section between Ring III and Fazerintie, week 33
The works will begin in week 33 and are expected to continue for approximately two months. The noisy phases of the work will mainly take place on weekdays between 7–18.
The works may cause temporary disruptions to both vehicle traffic and pedestrian and bicycle traffic in the area. In addition, the various stages of the blasting works will generate noise in the surrounding area.
During blasting operations, traffic controllers will temporarily stop traffic to ensure safety.
We ask everyone travelling through the area to follow the instructions of the traffic controllers and observe the posted speed limits. Please allow extra travel time when passing through the area.
