Gallery K’s spring 2023 exhibition leads viewers to dreamlike, quiet, spatial sceneries and states. The exhibition is curated from Vantaa Art Museum Artsi’s collection.

Secrets of the Moon exhibition focuses on describing the internal world of a human mind, at the center of which lie the mind's internal movements, including the subconscious and dreams. The artworks on display are also combined by a standstill, even meditative, atmosphere. The silence of the artworks does not, however, indicate muteness; it is instead constructive and thought provoking. The artworks demand the viewer to stop, think deeply and continue the story they tell.

The exhibition, curated from Vantaa Art Museum’s collection, presents paintings, graphics, photos, and sculptures by altogether 15 artists. Many of the works belong to Vantaa Energy art collection, a part of which was transferred to Vantaa Art Museum’s collection in late 2022.

The exhibition presents works of art by the following artists: Eeva-Liisa Isomaa, Urho Ikonen, Pentti Kaskipuro, Pertti Kukkonen, Marjo Lahtinen, Harri Larjosto, Tuula Lehtinen, Elina Luukanen, Paula Martikainen, Jarmo Mäkilä, Veikko Nuutinen, Antti Ojala, Pekka Pitkänen, Risto Suomi and Risto Vilhunen.
