Virtual gym classes

A large number of virtual gym classes are available as pre-recordings. A few classes are also streamed live every week. Class content and schedules may vary.

The class schedule for the coming week is released by the end of the previous week (in Finnish). Explore the available classes and pre-recorded content and exercise safely from the comfort of your home.

Virtual gym classes are led by familiar instructors. Participation in virtual classes or watching pre-recorded content is easy and completely free of charge. You do not need to sign in or download any software to watch our videos.

Do not forget to refresh the website before the start of each livestream! Click on the refresh icon (usually a circular arrow) or press F5. You can follow virtual gym classes on your TV with Chromecast or AirPlay.
