Changes to traffic arrangements on Unikkotie
Vantaa light rail works are ongoing on Kielotie. Next, the worksite will expand at the intersection of Unikkotie and Kielotie. The road will narrow and access to the health centre will change. Through traffic on Unikkotie will be maintained throughout the construction period.

Construction of the Vantaa light rail is already in full progress on Kielotie. Kielotie is a worksite area both south and north of Unikkotie. Next, the worksite will expand at the intersection of Unikkotie and Kielotie. Through traffic on Unikkotie will be maintained throughout the construction period.
According to current plans, the worksite will expand during the week starting 1 June. At that time, the lane coming from the station direction will be taken out of use. Traffic lights will be installed at the intersection, and traffic through the junction will be possible from one direction at a time. Due to the traffic lights, some delays can be expected. We apologise for the inconvenience. The work is related to the relocation of municipal engineering in the intersection area.
At the same time, vehicle access to Tikkurila Health Centre will change. The current one-way access is located at the new traffic lights and will therefore be moved further east. The new access will be introduced when the worksite expands and will be located east of the current access. The changes implemented in June are shown on the map.
