The City of Vantaa sends aid to Ukraine
The City of Vantaa has decided to donate equipment to the Donetsk region of Ukraine as part of its humanitarian aid efforts. The donation includes three tractors and one truck. In addition, the city has collected rehabilitation equipment together with gym operators in Vantaa for a veterans’

The signal-controlled intersection of Old Porvoo Road and Kyytitie will be converted into a temporary roundabout during the night between Tuesday, 16 June, and Wednesday, 17 June.
The roundabout is expected to remain in use in the area until autumn 2027.
Noise intensive drilling, excavation and deep compaction works to begin in June at the Vaarala depot
At the Vaarala depot, rock drilling, excavation and deep compaction works will begin in June. The works will cause significant noise in the area. The works will start in week 25.
Detour on Tilustie due to water utility works
Construction of water and wastewater infrastructure on Tilustie will begin in week 24. The detour built in the area will be taken into use in stages as the work progresses.
