MEK-Community Developers
The City of Vantaa has established the Regional Programme of Positive Action (MEK) to promote the wellbeing of people living in Vantaa. The aim is to reduce disparities in wellbeing between residents and regions.
Virtual gym classes
A large number of virtual gym classes are available as pre-recordings. A few classes are also streamed live almost every week. Class content and schedules may vary.

Applying for early childhood education
Vantaa offers early childhood education is municipal day care centres and in family day care. You can also apply for a place in a private day care centre, family day care or group family day care.
