Processing personal data at the City of Vantaa Business Development Services
Pursuant to the EU's General Data Protection Regulation, a person must be informed if some of their personal data are entered into a person register. Personal data consist of, for instance, name and address information. The registered person must also be told the purpose of processing personal data
Advance voting
The advance polling stations will be open on weekdays from 9:00 to 20:00 and on weekends, as a general rule, from 10:00 to 18:00.
Home and institutional voting
If you are unable to visit a polling station, election officials can bring voting to you.
Postal voting from abroad
Those Finnish nationals who are entitled to vote and who permanently or during the elections are staying abroad can vote by mail from abroad. Those who are permanently staying abroad are not entitled to vote in the county elections or municipal elections.
Voting on election day
On election day you can vote at the polling place specified in your polling card.
Election advertising
Outdoor advertising of county and municipal elections will be begun, at the earliest, on March 13, 2025.
