General information about pilot projects
Vantaa’s Testbed website helps you find development and testing opportunities offered by the City of Vantaa for new products and services.
Grants for health and welfare promotion
Organizations, communities, or action groups whose operations promote Vantaa residents' health and welfare may be entitled to the grants. The next application period is on February 1-28, 2023.
Local civic activity grants
Local civic activity grants are meant for supporting activities invigorating the city.
Swimming hall rules and regulations as of October 1, 2025
Customers are expected to follow the general swimming hall rules and regulations. In addition to the general rules, every swimming hall enforces its own guidelines.
Strike affects Vantaa services on 22 November
A large part of Vantaa's swimming pools and sports facilities will be closed due to a political strike on Wednesday 22 November 2023. The strike will also affect street sweeping and school and day-care school meals.
Processing of personal data from camera surveillance in city day-care centres, schools and educational institutions
In accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation, a person must be informed if their personal data is recorded in a personal data register.
