There are also other groups that can use the swimming halls and gym facilities at a reduced price. Recipients of temporary disability pension or guarantee pension and family carers are entitled to a discount at the swimming halls and gyms of Vantaa.

Sauna slots for special groups offer opportunities to those who cannot use public sauna facilities due to various reasons.
Virtual gym classes
A large number of virtual gym classes are available as pre-recordings. A few classes are also streamed live almost every week. Class content and schedules may vary.
Sports clubs and associations
The City of Vantaa supports the activities of sports clubs through sports grants and by allowing them to use the city's sports facilities. Different sports clubs meet regularly at Seurafoorumi events.

Roma People’s Working Group
The Roma population of Vantaa amounts to approximately 2,000 persons. The local Roma People’s Working Group in Vantaa links the minority to municipal operations. The Working Group seeks to promote opportunities for local Roma people to participate in decision-making processes improving their living
