Cycling weekʼs free, low-threshold events welcome cyclists of all ages and levels, and anyone interested in cycling. You don't need your own bike to take part - you can even join in on a city bike.
The aim of the cycling week event is to encourage people to cycle and increase cycling on all journeys. The theme of the week is traffic peace, which refers to the need to calm the traffic environment and encourage considerate behaviour on the roads. A calm and safe traffic environment and culture makes cycling more attractive for people of all ages.
