How are you coping with digitalization in your everyday life? Answer the survey by February 19
The City of Vantaa is conducting a survey to find out about the citizens’ digital skills, and whether they get the support they need for online transacting and using digital devices.
You can answer the survey from February 6 to February 19, 2023. In addition, the survey was mailed to altogether 2,000 Vantaa residents.
What is digital support?
Digi support entails support in using electronic transacting, e-services, and devices. Examples of digi support consist of, among others, instruction in online transacting, installing applications, instruction in using applications and services.
You can answer the survey in Finnish, Swedish, English, Estonian, Russian, Arabic, or Somali. You answer the survey anonymously, and the answers cannot be connected with any individual person. If you leave your contact information, you will participate in a lottery of ten gift vouchers of €50 for S-Group stores.
We will utilize the answers in developing the City of Vantaa’s digi support - answer and make an impact!
