Respond to the survey on tram communication by 12 May
The City of Vantaa wants to hear the experiences of residents in Tikkurila and Hakunila regarding communication about the tram project. The aim is to further improve tram-related communication and ensure that information reaches all residents in the area.
Experiences of tram communication are collected through an online survey that takes approximately five minutes to complete. The survey is open from 22 April to 12 May 2026. You can respond to the survey at OsallistuvaVantaa.fi.
Tram communication includes, for example, information about construction sites, signage and guidance at worksites, as well as up-to-date information about the tram project published through the city’s different channels. The survey asks, among other things, what kind of information you would like to receive about the tram, and through which channels and in which languages the information reaches you best.
You can respond to the survey if you live, work, or otherwise spend time in the Tikkurila or Hakunila districts. The survey is available in eight different languages, and you may respond in any language you prefer. We especially encourage participation from residents whose mother tongue is not Finnish or Swedish.
