Virtual gym classes
A large number of virtual gym classes are available as pre-recordings. A few classes are also streamed live every week. Class content and schedules may vary.
The class schedule for the coming week is released by the end of the previous week. Explore the available classes and pre-recorded content and exercise safely from the comfort of your home. For tips on outdoor workouts, check out our outdoor workout videos.
Virtual gym classes are led by familiar instructors. Participation in virtual classes or watching pre-recorded content is easy and completely free of charge. You do not need to sign in or download any software to watch our videos.
