Studying in clinic teaching

The objective is to secure the student’s schooling and support the student’s rehabilitation, growth and development. The teaching is organised as a city-level service, and its operations are planned, evaluated and developed by a city-level steering group in cooperation with the clinic teaching team. The work is based on cooperation between the student, the guardians, the school and the treatment provider.

Student admission to outpatient clinic teaching

The student admission process of clinic teaching assigns the elected students administratively as Viertola School’s student. Students have a decision on support for student-specific support measures. The treatment contact refers the students to the application process. The multidisciplinary student admission meeting is held every spring, and a supplementary application procedure for potential free student places is held in December.
