Services
Building supervision measurements include construction site marking and location inspections.
Cadastral procedures include plot subdivisions, easement surveys and property definition procedures, such as demarcation, the partitioning of a plot, formation of a public area and coercive purchase of a missing part of a plot, as well as land exchanges in connection with the subdivision of a plot.
Real-estate or land sales, exchanges and gifts must always be made in writing. A public purchase witness confirms the deed of transfer with a certificate.
