In Vantaa, the cost of a parking fine is EUR 60, except in Tikkurila's most expensive parking zone where the cost of a parking fine is EUR 80. Parking fines must be paid within 30 days.

Failure to pay by the due date will result in an increase of EUR 14 (section 17, Act on Parking Control [Laki pysäköinninvalvonnasta]).

If the recipient of a parking fine considers the payment to be unfair, they have the right to make a request for an administrative review of the parking fine within 30 days of …receiving the fine. The request for an administrative review must be made in writing.

Making a request for an administrative review doesn't release you from the obligation to pay, and it doesn't extend the payment period. If the parking fine is deemed unfair in the review process, the City of Vantaa will refund payment.
