Swimming halls
Vantaa has five swimming halls, which offer local residents a great opportunity to exercise on their own. The swimming halls also organise plenty of guided activities.
Art Museum Artsi
Artsi is Vantaa´s own art museum. Since 2016, Artsi has specialized in street, graffiti and performance art as part of its activities.
Skateparks
Skateparks are areas suitable for skateboarding. Many skateboarding locations are also suitable for BMX cycling, roller skating and scootering.
Outreach youth work
Outreach youth work services provide assistance and guidance to young people aged 15-28 years who do not have a job or place of study.
Personal coaching
Personal coaching is meant for 18 - 29-year-old Vantaa residents without a job or a study place.
Meals at day care
The purpose of day care or pre-primary school meals is to provide children with nutritious and tasty food that meets the nutrition recommendations. A meal is served every day the child attends day care or pre-primary education.
Vocational education in Vantaa
In vocational upper secondary schools you can complete a vocational upper secondary qualification, a vocational qualification or a specialist vocational qualification.
Environmental permits and notifications
Permits for matters under the Environmental Protection Act, Waste Act, Water Act, Section 161 a of the Land Use and Building Act, Land Extraction Act and the environmental protection provisions of the City of Vantaa.
Evening and round-the-clock care
Evening and round-the-clock care is organised for families who need care for the children also in the evening/overnight due to the work or evening studies of one or both parents.
