Metsähotelli Kuusijärvi accommodates almost 400 outdoor enthusiasts
A new Forest Hotel, called Metsähotelli, will rise in Kuusijärvi Nature and Recreation Area Vantaa, right next to Sipoonkorpi National Park. The hotel will be opened on the Finnish Nature Day, which is celebrated on August 31, 2024.
You can now borrow exercise equipment with your library card
You can borrow exercise equipment with your own library card at altogether four libraries in Vantaa. Selection is wide: ranging from footballs, to kettlebells, to trash-pickers.
The hoped-for swim sessions for women begin at Korso swimming hall on Saturdays at 11:00-14:00
The City of Vantaa will provide swim sessions for women for the rest of the spring.
Borrow exercise equipment
You can borrow free-of-charge different exercise and game equipment at Hakunila, Lumo and Tikkurila libraries, as well as at Koivukylä library/citizens' house.

The artificial ice rink serves as a separate skating area.
