Wellbeing Coaching and Physical Activity Counselling
Students on the Move programme offers free, personalised wellbeing coaching for students who need support in increasing their physical activity and adopting a healthy lifestyle. The aim is to encourage and guide students toward independent physical activity and more active daily routines, while promoting overall wellbeing. The content and duration of the coaching are tailored to the student’s needs and preferences. The coaching lasts approximately 2–3 months and can also be credited with study points.
Students can also participate in individual physical activity counselling or guidance sessions, such as gym equipment instruction.
For more information, contact the school’s designated coordinator.
