Vantaa and Kerava Employment Services' information service points are open

Vantaa and Kerava Employment Services’ information service points were opened in Vantaa on May 3, 2021, after termination of the coronavirus-related shutdown. We will provide our customers with personal service at our service points in Vantaa and Kerava, according to our normal opening hours. Our customer service will, nevertheless, account for the Regional State Administrative Agency's (AVI) guidelines for the number of simultaneous customers. Furthermore, we will continue to serve our customers by remote access too.

On March 12, 21,000 customers were transferred to the Vantaa and Kerava municipal employment trial. The transfer will require no measures to be taken by the customers. In the trial, the customer is named a personal coach who will contact the customer. Since great many customers were transferred in one go, at the beginning of the trial the time for the coaches to contact the customers may be slightly longer (around 1 month) than it will be in the future. Clarifications related to unemployment security will be handled within the deadline (14 days).

In urgent cases, we recommend you transact on the Oma asiointi online service, which has been available to personal customers also during the municipal employment trial. After logging in the service, you will see your up-to-date information on the frontpage.
