Applying for the teaching
The child must first be registered in pre-primary education. After this, participation in preparatory teaching should be agreed on together by the child’s guardians and the future day care unit. The child’s guardians make the decision on whether the child will take part in preparatory teaching.
You can enrol your child in preparatory teaching via the VaSa service. Registration in the service requires suomi.fi authentication. You can also fill in the form below and deliver it to the Vantaa information service or a municipal day care centre.
