Multilingual guidance helps and advises you in matters related to services provided by the city, organizations, and public authorities.

The service languages are Finnish, Swedish, English, Estonian, Russian, Somali, Dari, Farsi, Albanian, Ukrainian, Italian, and Arabic. If needed, we can use an interpreter.

Multilingual guidance aims to promote the integration of foreign-language-speaking residents of Vantaa and ensure equal access to services and information. We support, guide, and encourage independent handling of matters.

- At Myyrmäki Vantaa Info (Paalutori 3, Vantaa, Myyrmäki House): Mon–Wed 9:00–15:00, Thu 12:00–17:00, and Fri 11:30–15:00
- At International House Helsinki (Lintulahdenkuja 2 D, 2nd floor, Helsinki): Tue–Wed 9:00–16:00
