Reform of Vantaa’s feedback system and system for applying for grants
The aim is to introduce the new system by the end of 2022.

The aim of the change is to improve operational reliability and accessibility and to reduce costs. The new system also aims to handle feedback and grants more efficiently.
The service for giving feedback and applying for grants and processing them will be implemented in cooperation with Kuntien Tiera Oy with Fujitsu Finland Oy's CaseM solution, which can be used to build user-friendly electronic form services.
The same type of system is used e.g., in Tuusula and Pori.
The grant applicant can already prepare for the change now
Regarding grants, the Suomi.fi authorization will be introduced in the new service, so associations applying for grants should ensure that the information regarding the association is correct in the Association Registry of the National Board of Patents and Registration.
When the new system is introduced, the Oma Vantaa transaction folder will be discontinued. Applicants should collect the necessary old applications and usage reports from Oma Vantaa that have already received a decision.
In the autumn of 2022, grants will still be applied for through Oma Vantaa. The new application service will be phased in from the end of 2022.
